Mrs.Perlene Glass-Tanks,has been for 23 years trying to uplift the children in the Mechanisville urban downtown Atlanta area , she is a UN-sung hero of the community she has been providing meals, after school tutoring and a summer camp FREE of charge with little support from the city of Atlanta.
